Promoting a culture of non-violence is important in maintaining the health and wellness of everyone in our community. Panelists will discuss approaches partners in Ottawa are taking, such as understanding the underlying causes to violence in order to ensure safe, resilient, and healthy communities. Eliminating violence requires a multi-faceted approach to support integrated responses to violence. Panelists will provide an overview of the health effects and the levers required to bring about change in order to prevent violence in the future
